2006

General MRO Aerospace opened as a FAA 145 Authorized Repair Station at 3064 NW 72nd Ave Miami, Florida

2011

GMA expands by doubling the size of the Facility at 3064 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL

2012

GMA adds an additional 33% more floor space to support the growing MRO Business

2015

GMA expands again. Now 4x the original Facility specializing in hydraulic and electrical components.

2016

GMA relocates to a new 57k sqft. Facility at 10990 NW 92nd Terrace Miami, FL

2017

GMA is Recognized by the FAA with the Star Quality Award

GMA adds Fuel Capabilities

2018

GMA Develops “Wheels Up” training program to develop additional talent and expand skillsets for technicians in South Florida.

2019

GMA adds 5000 psi at 90 GPM Hydraulic capability to Support new generation 787, A380, & A350 Aircraft.

2020

GMA obtains ISO 9001 Accreditation

GMA continues to invest and streamline capabilities, investing through the COVID-19 Crisis

GMA is again recognized by the FAA with the Star Quality Award

2021

GMA doubles its current footprint to >100k sq ft at 10990 NW 92nd Terrace Miami, FL

2023

GMA opens new office in Turkey to support our middle east customers.

2024

GMA obtains it UK Part 145 Approval

GMA expands engineering capabilities with onsite DER development and obtains Parts Manufacture Authority for DER Repairs
