Understand General MRO Aerospace’s Warranty Policy. Learn about the terms, coverage, and conditions of our repair and overhaul services
GMA provides the following warranties, ensuring our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with the following terms:

Mechanical/Accessory Overhaul

We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This covers labor and any parts replaced by GMA during the overhaul process.

Mechanical/Accessory Repairs

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment. This covers labor and any parts replaced by GMA during the overhaul process.

Electronic Components

We test electronic components to verify their function at the time of service. Since we cannot determine their remaining service life without damaging them, GMA only warranties the electronic components we replace during repair or overhaul.

Bench Test and Certification

If a unit is only bench-tested and found to meet the manufacturer’s specifications, the customer is responsible for the bench test and recertification charges.

No Fault Found Returns

If a unit is returned under a warranty claim but meets all the manufacturer’s test specifications, the customer will be responsible for bench test, certification, and transportation charges.
