Previously, he held leadership roles at Moog Inc., significantly boosting revenue through strategic partnerships, supply chain innovations, and digital transformation. Known for his expertise in aftermarket strategies, predictive analytics, and global customer service, Jonathan has improved business scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His skills span continuous process improvement, financial analysis, and lean management, making him a valuable contributor to the aerospace industry.

Judyann Roberts joined General MRO Aerospace in 2022. She holds a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management, and Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from The University of Huntsville in Alabama.

Jorge Tapanes joined General MRO in 2021 and holds the role of General Manager. Jorge has a career of operations management experience. He leads the organizations day to day operations to ensure successful Customer outcomes. Jorge’s Strengths include organizational leadership, employee development, and leveraging technology. He has developed a proven track record of building and managing diverse high-performance teams.
